How to book SGR Online
Step 1: Visit the SGR booking online portal
Step 2: Choose your travel destination. This includes the train type (Express/inter-county), The station (To/From), and the date of travel. Finally, the departure time.
Step 3: Select the class of travel (Economy or First class)
Step 4: Fill in the passenger details. These include the name, phone number, Identity card number, gender, Nationality, and Email.
Step 5: Proceed to make the payment. You can pay through a mobile money wallet such as M-PESA.
Step 6: Upon making the payments, you will receive a ticket order number for using to print the physical tickets at the train station.
